Exceptions to the right of cancellation:

Custom handmade to order: The right of cancellation does not apply to items made or modified on customer request.

Items ordered specially for the customer: Items with are not kept in the stock but are only ordered upon customer’s request are not within the right of cancellation.

Complaints about damaged items or items not corresponding the order

If your parcel is missing items, or contains incorrect or damaged items, please contact us without delay. Ofilia Handmade will pay for the delivery costs of incorrect or damaged items. Always contact us before you return the item(s).
