Terms and Conditions

General information

Ofilia Handmade (VAT number: FI3473704-3, street address: Tukkireentie 18, 90420 Oulu, tel: +358 (0)458 488 458, email: tran.thuy@ofilia.fi) sells goods to consumer customers (of 18 years or above), and businesses. The customer needs to accept the terms and conditions listed below before placing an order in the Ofilia Handmade online store.

Placing an order

The goods are ordered via the online store by placing the goods in the shopping chart and paying for the goods in the “Checkout” page. Please check your order thoroughly before placing it. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the contact information entered in the order. If the order cannot be delivered, it is delivered to wrong address or it is returned to the sender due to incorrect contact information, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred due to the return.

 

You need to accept the terms and conditions given here to be able to place an order. Your order is placed once you select “Place order” in the “Checkout” page. After placing your order, you cannot change it in the online store. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us by e-mail at contact@ofilia.fi

Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address provided. Please note that you need to provide a valid email address to receive the confirmation.


Prices and taxes

All prices shown are Ex Works and are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) within the EU. The delivery costs are shown in the “Checkout” page, after you have selected the delivery method.


Payment

The payment methods available to you depend on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Select the payment method from the options shown for you in the online store.

 

Our liability

Ofilia Handmade does not take responsibility for

  • a product shown in the online store being out of stock.
  • possible mistakes in the product images, product weights or prices given in the online store.
  • inaccuracies in the stock situation of an item.
  • slight differences between the product picture in the online store and the item the customer receives.
  • differences in shade which may occur between actual yarn colours and the pictures shown in the online store and viewed on different screens or printed shade samples.
  • any information given to the online store by a third party.
  • possible mistakes in the free patterns available in the online store.
