Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Custom-made handcrafted products or items modified according to the customer’s specifications.
  • Special-order products that are not kept in stock but are ordered separately at the customer’s request.

Damages and Issues (Claims)

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package is missing items or contains incorrect or damaged products, Ofilia Handmade will cover the return and shipping costs.

Please always contact us before returning any product(s).


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item (in accordance with our return policy) and then place a new order.


14-Day European Union Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise stated in the exceptions above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification if the order is delivered within the European Union.

The conditions for cancellation are the same as for returns: the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
