Shipping and Packaging

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is received.


Delivery Times in Finland

  • Letter mail: 3–7 business days
  • Matkahuolto parcel: 1–3 business days, depending on the season
  • Posti parcel locker or service point: usually 2–4 business days, depending on the season

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holiday periods.


Pre-orders

Pre-order items are shipped approximately 3–5 weeks after the order is placed. A more precise delivery estimate will be provided in the order confirmation and product description.


International Shipping

We currently ship only within Europe. Shipping methods and costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. The customer is responsible for any import duties and customs procedures in their country.


Shipping Zones and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Zone 1: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania — 3–5 business days
  • Zone 2: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Åland Islands — 3–7 business days
  • Zone 3: Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Belgium, France — 5–9 business days
  • Zone 4: Portugal, Spain, Greece, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Ireland — 7–14 business days
  • Zone 5: Norway, Switzerland — 7–14 business days

Delays and Availability

Ofilia Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a new delivery time. You may also cancel the order entirely or only the affected item.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transport, please notify us immediately. If the shipment has been damaged during handling by Posti, please file a claim at a Posti service point without delay.


Unclaimed Parcels

A parcel that is not collected is not considered a cancellation of the order. If you do not collect your order and do not contact us to cancel it, we will charge a €10 handling fee.
